The firm’sy first left coast job was an intensive course-wide renovation of a Billy Bell original, including redesign and reconstruction of all greens, bunker renovation/restoration in the Bell style, regrassing of the fairways, sodding 70 acres of rough, in addition to the design and construction of entirely new tee complexes. Completed in 200x, Silva also delivered a new short-game practice area and the re-grading and equipping of every fairway with extensive new drainage network.
